The Company
HaleBob, one of the leading evening and clubwear brands, established over 6 years, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to deliver pro-active Customer Service.Our next departmental superstar is:
- Dedicated to finding optimal solutions, resolving issues and leaving the customer satisfied
- Writing Skills needed for customer emails, account documentation and departmental documentation as needed.
- Quick to answer calls, respond to emails, and solve customer issues
- Enthusiastic about processing orders and returns
- Highly motivated, and work well independently and in a team
- Comfortable with change and eager to learn
- Part of a growing company, building the foundation for success with every customer communication
The superstar brings:
- 2+ years experience in PAS and EDI
- Experience working in order entry, allocation, and invoicing
We would be especially excited if you also bring the following:
- Interest in and knowledge of apparel and how the apparel business works
We have a specific need for Bilingual
English/French and English/Spanish-speaking agents.
