Position: Sales/EDI Administrator

The Company
We are a growing fashion cosmetic/travel bag company, located in Venice, California and are seeking a motivated individual to manage our EDI shipping processes as well as execute various sales administrative duties.  

Requirements/Duties:

  • Full-time position for immediate hire.
  • Must have extensive experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) applications, preferably related to the fashion industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with QuickBooks & ACT a plus.
  • Data entry & general sales/office administration.
  • Creating sales orders & invoicing.

Skill Set:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • Team player
  • Must work well independently as well as with a team
