This position as E-Commerce Administrator offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced eCommerce professional to contribute to the ongoing development of EDI and other eCommerce initiatives within a progressive SAP-based environment. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Monitor electronic systems daily to address error situations and resolve issues
  • Supply a high level of service to our internal and external customers
  • Work with internal and external users and trading partners to solicit, test, and maintain new electronic relationships
  • Enable Johnsonville members to exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for processes
  • Proactively resolve issues, which need to be addressed
  • Collaborate with the MIS and functional business teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Effectively integrate EDI information with internal applications
  • Assist with backup of the Systems Analyst

Qualifications:
What you bring to the job:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • SAP and EDI integration experience preferred
  • Understanding of EDI standards and transactions
  • Talent to build cross-functional relationships
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Clear ability and desire to adapt to changing work environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of motivation and customer service orientation
  • Cross-functional business knowledge and an understanding of fundamental business concepts
  • Prefer knowledge of EDI standards and internal software (Sterling Commerce) or willingness to learn concepts and terminology
