The Company

A growing company is currently seeking an experienced EDI Analyst with a background in Sterling Commerce’s Gentran Server 5.0/GIS Applications.

Responsibilities:

The EDI Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day EDI system operation and will also act as the liaison for the IT Staff and Trading Partners.

In addition, the analyst will develop and modify maps for new and existing customers using an EDI translation application Gentran Server for Windows 5.0 (Sterling Commerce). The EDI Analyst will also provide EDI support for internal users.

Requirements:

• Candidates MUST have real world experience with Sterling Commerce’s Gentran Server for Windows application to be considered for this position.
• Associates degree or better
• 3+ years of experience working with EDI/Sterling Commerce.
• Must have extensive experience with EDI monitoring tools and troubleshooting errors.
• The ideal candidate will have strong time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; and ability to work under pressure and under time constraints.
