The Company

Fitness Manufacturing Partners (FMP) is a supplier of fitness products (fitness kits, gym balls, resistance tubes, etc) to wholesalers, retailers, infomercials and promotional companies. Our company is growing very quickly and has successfully launched new brands within the retail market. Our company will continue to concentrating on the growth of our retail division with these new items and add new brands to our line of products.

The Position

We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill an available position of Operations Manager. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, Account Receivables and Account Payables management, Purchase Order & Invoice management, EDI management, tracking inventory levels, tracking production with our factories, managing shipping/importing schedules and managing payables and receivables.

This position is responsible for daily management of customer side EDI trading partners in terms of maintaining the ongoing EDI partnerships, testing new partners and managing transaction set rollout programs across the trading base. They will also be responsible for maintaining and pulling POS reports from our customer online trading sites.

You will:

• Manage our EDI with our trading partners
• Purchase Order & Invoice management
• Account Payable & Account Receivables management
• Inventory & Production Tracking and management
• Manage relationship with 3rd party warehouse and logistics provider
• Manage shipping schedules with our factories and freight forwarder
• Manage POS of various retailers
• Bookkeeping Accounting- Create monthly & quarterly reports for accountant
• Establish Operation objectives and guidelines
• Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies
• Participate in negotiations and manage projects

Skills/Qualifications:

• Operations & Management experience
• EDI management experience
• Accounts Payables & Receivables experience
• Experience with a business that sells inventory
• Computer skills using Microsoft Office
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Professionalism
• College degree
• Good attitude and a desire to contribute to the continued growth of the company
• Interest in the products we sell
